Your First Visit, Explained Clearly

Understand what happens during your consultation, how long it takes, and how we determine the most appropriate next steps.

What To Expect At your First Visit

Your first visit at The Chiropractic Way is about understanding your condition — not rushing into treatment.

The purpose is to determine:

  • whether chiropractic or rehabilitation care is appropriate, and

  • how best to proceed safely and effectively.

Every consultation begins with listening and understanding your concerns.

Understanding Your Health History

1

We begin by discussing your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and previous treatments. Many health conditions can present like spinal or musculoskeletal issues, so this step is essential.

Functional Assessment

2

A thorough physical examination follows, which may include:

  • movement and posture assessment

  • joint and muscle evaluation

  • neurological screening

This helps us determine the most appropriate next steps.

Clear Explanation & Recommendations

3

After the assessment, we explain our findings in clear, simple terms and discuss the most appropriate next steps — whether that involves treatment, further investigation, or referral.
